Moving to Dalworthington Gardens, TX?
Dalworthington Gardens
The way this city was founded is quite peculiar yet it adds to the cities charm. It all started in the Spring of 1933 when a man by the name of Carl G. Mosig bought a 15 acre tract off Arkansas Lane. While Carl worked in Fort Worth he met a man by the name of Elliott Roosevelt who was the son of President Franklin D. Roosevelt. When he brought his mother Eleanor to visit Carl one day, she had an interest in the land just south of Mr. Mosig. Next thing you know, Eleanor had established Dalworthington Gardens.
In a 2016 census the population was registered at 2,383 people in Dalworthington Gardens, TX. This city is centrally located just north of I-20 and south of I-30, close to shopping (The Parks at Arlington) and Arlington Independent School District (ISD) schools. Whether your looking to commute to Dallas, Fort Worth or staying close by, the amount of access roads and short commute make it an ideal location to live.
